Shenwan Hongyuan Capital (H.K.) Ltd. and Zero2IPO Capital Ltd. were appointed as the Joint Sponsors for this significant financial maneuver, ensuring a smooth and effective market debut.
The DLA Piper team, led by George Wu, Partner and Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets for EMEA & Asia Pacific, included a formidable lineup of experts such as Senior Associate Jack Li, registered foreign lawyers Jessica Sun and Yu Sun, associate Marcus Ng, legal officer Ivy Chung, and legal assistants Nicholas Chan, Lily Choi, along with trainee solicitor Bernie Wong. Their collective effort was augmented by additional legal insights from Charlotte Wang and Sophia Sun from Shanghai Kaiman Law Firm.
